Requests for Funding

Council District 13 is currently considering funding requests for organizations of up to $5,000 from our discretionary fund allotment. We’re proud to be able to invest in our community and fund projects our residents are passionate about.

To apply for funding, please fill out the form linked here as completely and accurately as possibleGiven the volume of requests we are receiving, we are establishing three funding cycles for Fiscal Year 2023-2024. In order to be considered for funding in this fiscal year, please submit your applications by the following deadlines:

  • October 15, 2023
  • December 15, 2023
  • February 28, 2024

Applicants that will be given priority consideration will: 

  • Be a non-profit organization/of 501c status.
  • Hold a BTRC number (you can find out more about what a BTRC is and how to obtain one here). 
  • Be based in, or have a strong connection to, Council District 13. 
  • Be requesting $5,000 or less. 

Most allocations are processed as a reimbursement after the funds have already been spent by the receiving organization. Let us know on your application if this wouldn’t be possible in your case.
