Step 1: Obtain the following information regarding the vehicle:
- Vehicle location (street address, block #, cross street, zip code)
- License Plate Number
- Vehicle Make
- Vehicle Color
Without this information, your request cannot be processed.
Step 2: Submit a Request Online or call 1 (800) ABANDON (222-6366) Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. After Hours leave voice mail for a return call the next business day.
Step 3: If your service is not completed in a timely manner please contact our office with the vehicle information and any service requests numbers you have received. If we do not have your service request number, we have to re-submit your request to the form above.
